● Sessions last between 25 and 45 minutes (outfits are a factor in session length).

● Hair & Makeup is NOT included with Mini Sessions
● The Client is responsible for arriving photo-ready.
● If professional hair and makeup are desired, the client must coordinate and schedule these services independently, prior to the session.

● Your session does not include digital images or printed products
● All images/products are purchased separately

In-house financing is not available for Mini Sessions, but you’ll find third party financing options below to keep this experience affordable.

● Mini sessions are limited promotions and cannot be rescheduled.
● If you cannot attend, all session fees, vouchers, and retainers are forfeited and non-refundable.
● Product payment plan contributions (excluding session/voucher fees) may be converted to studio credit if cancellation is received 30+ days in advance.
● Credit may be applied to a future full session or product order.
● No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled mini sessions.
● Full details will be in your contract (you will receive that after you pick your session date)

● If you cancel:
30+ days out = $200+ cancellation fee
No-show = $500 fee

● You must redeem your voucher (aka pick a date) within 7 days of purchase
● This Voucher is valid for pre-scheduled 2026 themed mini session (Be Bold & Be Mine) only
● In-studio session only (no outdoor or custom locations)

● Voucher is:
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash, credit, or future promos
Only valid for the mini session dates listed; not applicable to other sessions or events.

● Session is not guaranteed until you’ve:
Scheduled a date & time
Signed your contract (you’ll get it via email within 48 hours of scheduling)
Pre-purchased at least the minimum purchase requirement OR Set up your payment plan with corresponding paperwork
Failure to complete all required documentation within the designated timeframe will result in the release of the session date and forfeiture of the voucher, with no exceptions.

● Mini session dates are fixed and cannot be rescheduled.
● If you miss your session, your voucher and any payments made will be forfeited.
● Additional fees may apply if you no-call/no-show or cancel.
